Questions about your connector.
What do I need to use the integration?
You need a PlentyONE system and a seller account for the respective marketplace.
What prior knowledge do I need to set up the connector myself?
With basic PlentyONE knowledge, you can set up the connector yourself. The guide will walk you through the installation step-by-step. You then configure it using our manual—similar to native PlentyONE integrations. If you would like personal guidance, you can book an onboarding session.
When will I receive the connector?
We will send you the installation link via email within eight business hours. The one-time setup fee of €200 plus VAT covers the technical configuration on our end. You then install and configure the connector in PlentyONE.
What support do I receive during setup and operation?
Technical support for the connector is included. We help with technical issues and minor setup questions.
If you would like to configure the connector together with our team, you can book a personal onboarding session for a one-time fee of €500 plus VAT. In up to two workshops, we will discuss your current situation and goals, configure the connection together, and perform a sample product upload. You will learn the relevant functions and processes. Afterward, up to two hours of ticket support are included. Onboarding is optional.
Are there additional connector fees if I connect more country-specific or sub-shops?
No. We do not charge additional connector fees for further country-specific or sub-shops on the same marketplace.
What happens if I have more orders than my plan includes?
Additional orders are charged at your plan's rate: €0.12 for Starter, €0.08 for Growth, €0.05 for Scale, and €0.03 for Pro, plus VAT in each case.
For example: If you have 600 orders in the Starter plan, 100 additional orders will add €12 plus VAT to your monthly plan price.
What happens if the marketplace changes its interface?
Our specialized connector team handles the necessary adjustments. We typically implement changes within a few days. Automatic updates are included in your plan.
